We have found that the proposal of a joint venture between <br /> the cities of Circle Pines, Lexington, Centerville, and Lino Lakes has <br /> produced a positive response from all Park <br /> Boards involved. It has been suggested that a "trial" contract with <br /> the city of Lino Lakes with a maximum commitment of 5 years might <br /> be pursued. <br /> in progression of this concept a discussion meeting has been re- <br /> scheduled for the Park Board Chairpersons.
