14. CIRCLE PINES' COVENANT OF TITLE AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. Circle <br /> Pines covenants and warrants that Circle Pines holds a deed covering the entire <br /> demised premises which limits the use of the premises to park purposes, and that at <br /> all times when Lino Lakes is not in default under the terms and conditions of this <br /> lease, Lino Lakes' quiet and peaceable enjoyment of the demised premises shall not <br /> be disturbed or interfered with by anyone. <br /> 15. NOTICE. If at any time after the commencement of this lease it shall <br /> become necessary or convenient for one of the parties hereto to serve any notice, <br /> demand or communication upon the other party, such notice, demand or <br /> communication shall be in writing, signed by the party serving same deposited in the <br /> Registered or Certified United States mail, Return Receipt Requested,postage prepaid, <br /> and shall be addressed to Circle Pines at 200 Civic Heights Circle, Circle Pines, <br /> Minnesota 55014 and to Lino Lakes at 1189 Main Street, Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br /> 55014. <br /> 16. HEADINGS. Headings or title of the paragraphs and subparagraphs are <br /> inserted solely for the convenience of reference and shall not constitute a part of this <br /> lease, nor shall they affect its meaning, construction or effect. Words of any gender <br /> used in this lease shall be held to include any other gender and words in the singular <br /> number shall be held to include the plural when the sense requires. <br /> 7 <br />
