Trail Project Description Please describe your project briefly (if you include a map, .make sure it is reproducible on an ordinary copying machine). This trail would serve as a connection into the Anoka County.Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Park for residents and school children from the new Centennial Middle School that will be constructed on Elm Street in 1996/97. The trail would act as a link for residents coming from Blaine and would allow all trail users a safe way to travel to the new school site and the Regional Park. The crossing on Lake Drive will have a signal to stop traffic. The connection into the Regional Park will bring people over a walking bridge that already exists in the Regional Park.
