CITY OF
IN KE
PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT
' swzvrom
DATE: 9/29/9 i
TO: Park Board Members
FROM: BARRY BEMYSTELY, RECREATION PROGRAM SUPERYTSOR
SUBJECT: Anoka Electric Easement
I had a conversation with Mike Felber, Planning Engineer with Anoka Electric. He was
I
ully aware of the proposed project in which Anoka County would need to run an
easement through on of our parks.
If at all possible, they would like to start this project in the Winter and complete this
project in the Spring. At the present time, no permits have been sought or secured by
Anoka Electric. I mentioned to him to start the process of seeking approval for the
project from the involved parties.
I also mentioned to Mike that the Park Board would like to have a representative attend a
Park Board meeting when the permits have been approved.
In return for this land, Anoka Electric has requested projects that they could assist the City
with. Anoka Electric mentioned that for using this property is there any in-kind services
they could do. I asked if there was someone who could negotiate with the City for use of
this property. Mike Felber said he would have som$onp contact us.
LINO LAKES PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT
"We are working hard, so you can play"
pbanok.971
4
PARK, RECREATION, FORESTRY, & RECYCLING DEPARTMENTS
7204 Lake Drive • Lino Lakes, Minnesota • 55014
Phone: 617-780-1885 • Fax: 612-784-7227
