Following is an accounting of funds received so far in 1997: <br /> Major Subdivision: Behm's 2nd Addition $ 15,270 <br /> Minor subdivisions: John Barry, Gladstone $ 500 <br /> Rbt Ecker, Oakwood Lane $ 500 <br /> ^ C. Severson, East Rondeau $ 500 <br /> Commercial: (park dedication may only be collected on commercial construction <br /> when a subdivision has been a part of that development. If construction occurs <br /> on a "lot of record" no park dedication can be collected. <br /> i-Y'n GNW/Upteck, Cedar Street (pending) $ 5,453 <br /> 'Fairview, Village Drive (pending) $ 2,000 <br /> SUB TOTAL $ 25,123 <br /> The Park Board also asked the status of Millers South Glen. On July 14, 1997 <br /> the City Council approved the Final Plat for the first phase of Millers South Glen. <br /> The City accepted park land as outlined in the Park Board minutes of June 3, <br /> 1996 and received the deed for this property in July. The total park land credited <br /> to this development was 2.34 acres with a 1.60 acre credit for future <br /> development along 62nd Street. The total upland park area is 3.94 acres (see <br /> attached map). <br />
