Our attorney has made several
suggested changes to the proposed lease. Please review them and let me know
if there are any objections to the suggested changes.
I believe that the major issue is making sure that we are in agreement as to
the final site plan and area to be constructed. It is our understanding that
n the gazebo and overlook that was in the plan, off the end of the cul-de-sac
on Egret Lane, has been deleted and no connecting trail will be developed
through that woods area.
It is also our understanding that the trail between Baldwin Park and the
proposed playground site has been shifted to the edge of the wetlands to
maximize the distance between our residential wea and the trail .
I would, therefore, appreciate a copy of the revised site plan so we can con-
firm our understanding and determine if there are any other issues.
Once we have the final language agreed on and the final site plan, I would
be happy to forward this to our Council for action.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
40'6!N
James W.
