But one of the greatest assets _ ; <br /> an active group of residents who work together to reduce <br /> onditions that are likely to bring on vandalism, drugs, <br /> burglary and other crime. _ <br /> One such active group is the Birch Park Neighborhood <br /> s. s <br /> Crime Watch Group. This group doesn't wait for ,x <br /> crime to happen in their neighborhood, they're taking the <br /> proactive approach. In addition to participating in National ' <br /> Night Out and sponsoring a Bicycle Safety Rodeo for the <br /> children in their neighborhood, this group has adopted <br /> their neighborhood park through the Lino Lakes Park and <br /> Recreation, Adopt-A-Park Program. Since they've adopted ; Is Your Dog License Current? <br /> this park, flowers have been planted, the park shelter has <br /> been painted, and they clean the park and neighborhood on i <br /> Earth Day. ! Lino Lakes does have a dog licensing ordinance. <br /> Each dog that is 6 months old, or older; is owned or <br /> The Birch Park Neighborhood Crime Watch Group ' kept within the city for more than 30 calendar days <br /> doesn't just rely on the Crime Watch signs posted, they 1must be licensed and must wear the tag that is issued <br /> show potential intruders that they care about their j to that dog. All licenses are valid for the same length <br /> neighborhood. By taking ownership of their neighborhood <br /> and the park, there have been less calls of vandalism and ! of time as the rabies vaccination and must be renewed <br /> burglary. j within 30 days after the vaccination.
