Ability to <br /> organize, supervise and work well with others. <br /> At least one years experience in recreation programming in a public agency. <br /> Valid Minnesota drivers license. <br /> Line/Staff Relationship: <br /> Direct Supervisor: Recreation Program Supervisor <br /> Indirect Supervisor: Parks and Recreation Coordinator <br /> Major Functions and Responsibilities/Teen Programming: <br /> 1. Program Development <br /> 1.1 Plan, implement and coordinate programs that will meet the needs of <br /> ,•y the Lino Lakes area youth. <br /> 1.2 Coordinate programs with other community organizations. <br /> 2. Staff Management <br /> 2.1 Provide supervision for scheduled events and daily activities in future <br /> Teen Center, <br /> 2.2 Hire train, supervise and evaluate leaders and workers. <br /> 2.3 Submit payroll summaries <br /> Major Functions and Responsibilities/Recreation <br /> 3. Program Development <br /> 3.1 Assist Program Supervisor with program planning, promotion, <br /> scheduling,training, staff recruitment, program design, and evaluation. <br /> 3.2 Develop independently, leisure programs pertinent to the needs of the city, <br /> as time allows. <br /> 3.3 Evaluate programs of responsibility, report findings to Recreation <br /> Program Supervisor, Department head and other staff. <br /> 3.4 Develop a budget for leisure programs, track and report progress of this <br /> budget. <br /> 3.5 Summarize in writing, and verbally outcomes of recreation programs. <br /> 3.6 Other duties as assigned. <br />
