Developing Rice Lake Estates neighborhood park jointly with the city of Circle Pines <br /> a. $46,000 has previously been designated from dedicated funds for this park. <br /> b. We plan to sell two lots dedicated as park land in this development for <br /> approximately $30,000 and use these fivads for park development. <br /> c. The park will be designed to share the amenities of Balsam Lake Park in <br /> Circle Pines and Rice Lake Estates Park in Lino Lakes. <br /> 2. Completion of the trail link through Country Lakes Park <br /> 3. We have been working with staff to reestablish a cooperative effort between the Lino <br /> Lakes Recreation Department and the existing North.Metro Recreation Association.. <br /> This would help maximize recreation resources, funding, and participation in the Quad. <br /> Communities. <br /> 4. We would like to request assistance from the City in the form of General Fund dollars <br /> to begin replacing failing playground equipment in. Shenandoah Park, Arena Acres, <br /> and Sunrise Park. <br /> 5. We continue to be pro active in seeking alternative funding for park development <br /> a.
