I
am pleased that Willow Ponds Apartments will be treated more fairly if this proposal is
accepted by the Council
Andy Neal has been talking with David Palm about taking an area behind the
ten lots and West of the apartments at Willow Ponds (approximately like I have
outlined in yellow on the enclosed drawing) for a City park.
Chuck Riesenberg of Eloigne, the Limited Partner; Terry Schmid, the General
Partner; and Zapp Bank, the lender; would approve of the transfer of this area to the
City for a park. I would need additional permission from MHFA.
Would you please let me know if the City accepts this idea. If so, I would have
the surveyor draw up the area and deed it to the City for $1.00.
Sincerely,
Terry J. mid
Cottage Homesteads of Willow Ponds
Limited Partnership
TJS/clg
Enclosure
cc: Chuck Riesenberg/Bob Ewanika at Eloigne
David Palm at Willow Ponds Apartments
Bill Anderson at Zapp Bank
Susan Haugen at MHFA nr
