9. <br /> Memorandum <br /> DATE: October 30, 1996 <br /> TO: Lino Lakes Parks and Recreation Board <br /> FROM: Marty Asleson <br /> RE: North Metro Partnership Update <br /> Barry and I were invited to a meeting with the North Metro Communities on October 8th. Previously, <br /> we were asked to respond to the questions that were raised in the request for partnership. The answers <br /> presented to them are attached with this report. These answers are based on my own subjective <br /> reasoning and staff feedback. <br /> We would like feed back from the board at this time on these points. Our next scheduled meeting with <br /> these communities is on November 2 Est. I would like to meet with our two park board representatives <br /> before this time to discuss the different possibilities in relationship to some of the issues. <br /> n <br />
