Paul, MN. 55155-4010 <br /> Dear Ms. Mularie, <br /> Thank you for your patience and flexibility with the City of Lino Lakes with making a <br /> decision on the grant dollars your department approved for the acquisition of our A-3 <br /> Athletic Complex. The local approval process has taken a great deal of time and this issue <br /> is still unresolved. <br /> In light of your need to re-appropriate these dollars this letter is to notify you that we shall <br /> need to reapply for these dollars at a future date. We have just completed a quality of life <br /> survey in the city, and the indication from this survey is this complex is supported by the <br /> public. The financing for the land will most likely be presented to the voters in the form of <br /> a referendum next spring. <br /> The need for this athletic complex is very real, as is the need for your support. Please <br /> keep us informed of the grant dollars available and the timing of these grants.
