^ Goal# 7 TO UPGRADE THE CITY'S PHYSICAL FACILITIES <br /> Parks, Recreation, and Forestry has been utilizing the Marshan Park building for offices <br /> over the last two years. This facility has been adequate with the exception of supply <br /> storage needs. We are investigating the different options that are available to us <br /> concerning this problem. We have worked with the Economic Development Department <br /> on the Town Center planning and are excited about the possibilities of a community <br /> center. We shall continue to work with Economic Development on this project,both <br /> from a recreation, trails, and site planning standpoint. <br /> With few dollars around we were able to add two shelters from the City of Shorview to <br /> our parks system. We shall continue to look for these bargains, and work on grants to <br /> support our needs. <br /> n <br />
