Council Member Lyden introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> adoption: <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO.98-41 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br /> CONTRACT-LAKES ADDITION SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION <br /> PROJECT. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the Lakes <br /> Addition Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project, bids were received, opened and tabulated <br /> according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the <br /> advertisement: <br /> Name Bid Amount <br /> Visu-Sewer Clean & Seal $ 83,444.43 <br /> Infratech $ 94,976.30 <br /> Insituform Technolgies $ 95,674.42 <br /> LaMetti & Sons $107,936.00 <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that Visu-Sewer Clean& Seal, is the lowest responsible <br /> bidder; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br /> Visu-Sewer Clean & Seal, , Minnesota 55, in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for <br /> the construction of the Lilac Street Utility Improvements according to the plans and <br /> specifications approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> 2.
