Council Member Lyden introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> its adoption: <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-44 <br /> RESOLUTION ON THE NEED FOR AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> STATEMENT FOR THE VILLAGE PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, the City has prepared an Environmental Assessment Worksheet for <br /> the Village Project, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Environmental Assessment Worksheet was made available for <br /> public comment as per Minnesota Statutes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the 30 day comment period has expired; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City received the attached comments, none of which <br /> recommended than an Environmental Impact Statement be prepared; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino <br /> Lakes that after reviewing the comments from the responding agencies and by <br /> its determination considering the requirements in Minnesota Statutes regarding <br /> the decision on the need for an Environmental Impact Statement, make a <br /> negative declaration that an Environmental Impact Statement is not required. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of this negative declaration be sent to <br /> all persons on the EAW distribution list, any persons who commented, and to <br /> anyone who has requested notification. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of i es nday of March, 1998. <br /> A�TTEST: Ki er S livan, Mayor <br /> Marilyn G.
