The <br /> first column, "COST" reflects dollars that we have spent on <br /> Birch Park so far. The total for this column, less the new <br /> items or estimates, including the cost of the 1. 5 acre <br /> expansion, is $40, 623 .38. <br /> The "EST. " column is the original TKDA estimate for the <br /> project. <br /> It was a little difficult to compare the two columns because <br /> some of the costs overlapped. One item "grass seed" does not <br /> show the old seed that we had on hand and were able to use. <br /> The actual cost for the grass seed would be approximately an <br /> additional $400 - $600.00. <br /> If there are any other questions, hopefully we will be able <br /> to answer them. <br /> cc: Don Volk <br />
