Council Member Lyden introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> a.. <br /> its adoption: <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-25 <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING GUIDELINES FOR PROMOTIONAL EXPENSE <br /> REPORTING <br /> WHEREAS, it is recognized that from time to time it may be necessary for certain <br /> city officials to incur expenses in the advance of business and industry for <br /> the City of Lino Lakes, and <br /> WHEREAS, this type of expense differs from expenses incurred while at conferences <br /> or conventions, and <br /> WHEREAS, the policy in the Personnel Policy governing expenses incurred at <br /> conference and conventions does not address promotional expenses, <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> LINO LAKES: <br /> That the council does hereby adopt the attached policy listed as Promotional <br /> Expense Policy, and adds it to the Personnel Policy as Section 8.03. <br /> Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of Februa , 998. <br /> /4wi A&/ <br /> '0 b rly# Sullivan, Mayor <br /> Jean iger, Deputy Clerk asurer <br /> The motion for adoption`o e foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br /> Member Neal and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: <br /> The following voted against same: None <br /> Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted. �.. <br />
