Y l � <br /> Council Member Lyden introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> its adoption: <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 11 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR <br /> TO SUBMIT A LOAN OR GRANT APPLICATION FOR METROPOLITAN COUNCIL <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES INFLOW/INFILTRATION CONTROL PROJECTS <br /> WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council Environmental Services is inviting communities to <br /> apply for loans or grants for Inflow/Infiltration Control Projects, <br /> AND WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has Inflow and Infiltration of clear water into its <br /> sanitary sewer system; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. Hereby authorize and direct the Public Works Director to apply for loan and grants <br /> offered by the Metropolitan Council Environmental Services for Inflow/Infiltration <br /> Control Projects <br /> Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this th day of nuary, 1998. <br /> i erly AjSuTlivan, Mayor <br /> Marilyn G.
