Council Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> adoption: <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97-154 <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING/REAFFIRMING PERSONNEL POLICIES <br /> ADOPTED IN NOVEMBER OF 1995 AS THE PERSONNEL POLICIES <br /> HANDBOOK FOR THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Lino Lakes has previously adopted Section 207 of the City Code <br /> as the Personnel Policies for the City of Lino Lakes, and <br /> WHEREAS,the Lino Lakes City Council has removed the bulk of its' personnel policies <br /> and procedures from ordinance form in the City Code, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes needs to maintain its' policies and procedures for the <br /> efficient management of employees. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lino Lakes City Council reaffirms <br /> that the personnel policies and procedures that were adopted in November 1995, are still <br /> the personnel policies under which the city will manage its' employees, and will be <br /> entitled the Personnel Policy Handbook. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of October, 1997. <br /> J C L. Landers, Mayor <br /> ATTEST <br /> Ma'niyn An erson, Clerk/Treasurer <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br /> Member Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: Bergeson, Kuether, Lyden, Neal, Landers <br /> The following voted against same: None. <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
