Council Member Lyden introduced the following resolution and <br /> moved its adoption: <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97-166 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK-TREASURER TO CERTIFY <br /> DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER UTILITY BILLS FOR COLLECTION <br /> WITH THE 1997 PROPERTY TAXES, COLLECTABLE IN 1998 <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Chapter 400, Section 401.29 and Chapter 402, <br /> Section 402.14, Subd. 5, the Clerk-Treasurer has prepared a list of residents who have <br /> delinquent water and sewer bills to be certified to the Anoka County Auditor for <br /> collection with the 1997 property tax statements, collectable in 1998, and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of impending action was mailed to residents on September 5, 1997. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Lino Lakes that the <br /> Council hereby levies the sums of money collectable in the year 1998 upon the attached <br /> .� list of properties in the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 10th day of November, 1997. <br /> Adfin Landers - Mayor <br /> Ma lyn G. nderson -Clerk Treasurer <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Neal <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, <br /> Kuether, Lyden, Neal, Landers. <br /> The following voted against same: none. <br /> Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
