Council Member Dahl introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> its adoption: <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION 98-97 <br /> A RESOLUTION ADDING THE CODE OF CONDUCT FOUND IN CHAPTER <br /> 204 OF THE CITY CODE TO THE CITY OF LINO LAKES PERSONNEL <br /> POLICY <br /> WHEREAS, a code of Conduct currently exists in chapter 204 of the City Code, and <br /> applies to all elected officials and employees, and <br /> WHEREAS, most employees do not use, or read the City Code on a regular basis, and <br /> WHEREAS, issues relating to personnel should be located in the Personnel Policy <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br /> Lakes hereby enters into the Personnel Policy the attached code of conduct. <br /> Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of June, 1 <br /> rly t <br /> I an, Mayor <br /> Mari yn G. Anderson, Clerk/Treasurer <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br /> Member Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br /> favor thereof: Dahl, Lyden, Sullivan. <br /> and the following voted against same: none, Council Member Bergeson and <br /> Council Member Neal were absent. <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
