Council Member Lyden introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> its adoption: <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-107 <br /> RESOLUTION VACATING DRAINAGE EASEMENT OVER A PORTION OF <br /> LOT 4 AND 5, BLOCK 1, COUNTRY LAKES ESTATES PLAT 2 <br /> WHEREAS, 5' drainage and utility easements were platted on the side <br /> lots lines in the Country Lakes Estates Plat as required by City Ordinance, and <br /> WHEREAS, Lot 4 and 5 of Block 1, Country Lakes Estates Plat 2 has <br /> been purchased by one individual who wishes to combine these two lots and <br /> building one single family home located in the center of the two properties, and <br /> WHEREAS, to facilitate that construction drainage and utility easements <br /> must be vacated, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes held a Public <br /> Hearing on Monday, July 13, 1998 concerning said vacation request, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Lino Lakes that the following described drainage and utility easement: <br /> The drainage and utility easements over and across the west 5 feet of the north <br /> 105 feet of the south 115 feet of Lot 5 and over and across the east 5 feet of the north <br /> 105 feet of the south 115 feet of Lot 4, both in Block 1, Country Lakes Estates Plat 2, <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> is hereby vacated. <br /> Adopted by the Lino Lakes City C un it is 13th a of July, 1998. <br /> Kim r A.
