Council Member Neal introduced the following <br /> resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION 98 - 112 <br /> A RESOLUTION ADOPTING INTO THE CITY OF LINO LAKES PERSONNEL <br /> POLICY,AN EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. <br /> WHEREAS, The City has in place,and Employee Assistance Program, and <br /> WHEREAS, An Employee Assistance Program is administered through our <br /> Medica Insurance carrier and designed to assist our employee <br /> through a variety of personal issues such as; work stress, legal <br /> matters, financial or marital matters, <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Policy is the most appropriate place to inform <br /> employees of the rights and benefits, <br /> r <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br /> Lakes incorporates our Employee Assistance Program into the Lino Lakes Personnel <br /> Policy Handbook. <br /> Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th Day o Ju y, 1998. <br /> im S li , Mayor <br /> Ft <br /> Marilyn G.
