COUNCIL MINUTES AUGUST 10, 1998 <br /> Council Member Dahl moved to adopt Resolution No. 98 - 129, as presented. Council Member <br /> Lyden seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Resolution No. 98 - 129 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br /> Consideration of Resolutions, Declare Costs to be Assessed - Mr. Ahrens explained that five <br /> (5)projects have progressed to the point where assessment rolls can be prepared. Costs for each <br /> improvement have been calculated by the City Engineer and consulting engineer. The following <br /> resolutions have been prepared ordering the preparation of the assessment rolls. State Statutes <br /> and the Lino Lakes City Charter require a formal resolution ordering preparation of an <br /> assessment roll for each improvement project. <br /> Resolution No. 98 - 130, Miller's South Glen,Phase 1 - Mr. Ahrens noted that approximately <br /> $98,000 for the Ware Road Project was included in the assessment calculation. <br /> Council Member Bergeson moved to adopt Resolution No. 98 - 130, as presented. Council <br /> Member Dahl seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Resolution No. 98 - 130 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br /> Resolution No. 98 - 131,Miller's South Glen, Phase 2 -Council Member Bergeson moved to <br /> adopt Resolution No. 98 -131, as presented.
