Council Member Bergeson introduced the following resolution and <br /> moved its adoption: <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 128 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT 2 (final) and CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 <br /> FOR THE ELM STREET TRAFFIC SIGNAL ROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, the construction of the Elm Street Traffic Signal Project has been <br /> completed by Peoples Electric, Inc., and; <br /> WHEREAS, the one-year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br /> payment. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. Change Order No. 1 in the amount of$8,869.54 is approved. <br /> 2. Payment number 2 (final) in the amount of$5,334.35 is approved for a <br /> total contract amount of$68,076.35. <br /> Adopted by the City Council this 101h da o u , 199 <br /> Ki rl A.
