Lyden <br /> Council Memberl�introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 10-98 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CABLE FRANCHISE ORDINANCE NO. 83- <br /> 08, ARTICLE II, SECTION 4, FRANCHISE TERM <br /> The City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br /> SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 83-08, Article 2, Section 4, Franchise Term, is <br /> hereby amended to read: <br /> Section 4.04 Franchise Term <br /> This Franchise shall commence upon the effective date of the regular <br /> certificate of confirmation issued by Board shall expire on March 18, 1999 unless <br /> terminated sooner as hereinafter provided. <br /> SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective upon passage and official <br /> publication. <br /> 4th August <br /> Passed by the Lino Lakes City.Council on this day of IL, 1999 <br /> S lliv i, Wyor <br /> Marilyn G.
