Ordinance No. 83-08, Article 2, Section 4, Franchise Term, is <br /> hereby amended to read: <br /> Section 4.04 Franchise Term <br /> This Franchise shall commence upon the effective date of the regular <br /> certificate of confirmation issued by Board shall expire on March 18, 1999 unless <br /> terminated sooner as hereinafter provided. <br /> SECTION 2.
