Council Member Dahl introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> its adoption: <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 84 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INFLOW/INFILTRATION CONTROL PROGRAM <br /> LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL AND LINO LAKES <br /> WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council has allocated funds to the City of Lino Lakes to <br /> assist funding a project to reduce inflow and infiltration into the sanitary sewer system, <br /> AND WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has implemented a project to reduce inflow and <br /> infiltration into the sanitary sewer system; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. do hereby approve and direct Mayor to sign the Inflow/Infiltration Control Program <br /> Loan Agreement between the Metropolitan Council and Lino Lakes <br /> Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8`h of Ju , 1 8. <br /> Ki er A.ISIA4an, Mayor <br /> Maril n G. A erson, Clerk-Treasurer <br /> The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br /> Member Neal and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br /> favor thereof: Bergeson, Dahl, Lyden, Neal, Sullivan. <br /> The following voted against same: none. <br /> Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted. <br />
