Council Member Bergeson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> adoption: <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-61 <br /> RESOLUTION REQUESTING MUSA DESIGNATION FOR MOLIN <br /> CONCRETE (415 Lilac Street) <br /> WHEREAS, Molin Concrete has petitioned the City for the extension of MUSA <br /> Designation to their property located at 415 Lilac Street for the purpose of connection to <br /> City Utilities, and <br /> WHEREAS, Molin Concrete has agreed to the estimated assessment for said utilities, and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to allow this MUSA expansion and utility <br /> connection, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lino Lakes hereby requests <br /> the Metropolitan Council to extend Metropolitan Urban Service Area to the 54 acre <br /> Molin Concrete site located at 415 Lilac Street. <br /> Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of April, 1998. <br /> r <br /> Kimberly <br /> ATTEST: <br /> LAt ,, J <br /> Marilyn G.
