COUNCIL MINUTES APRIL 12, 1999 <br /> PUBLIC HEARING,FIRST READING continued from March 22, 1999, Ordinance No. 05 <br /> -99,Vacation of Roadway Easement, Clearwater Creek Phase III, Mary Kay Wyland (4/5 <br /> Vote Required) - Ms. Wyland advised that several years ago the property owner recorded a <br /> roadway easement to provide access to several parcels of property between Otter Lake Road and <br /> Elmcrest Avenue. <br /> Since that time this property has been sold to make way for the development of Clearwater Creek <br /> 3rd Addition. In order to plat the Clearwater Creek 3rd Addition,the existing roadway <br /> easements through this area of the development must be vacated. <br /> Mayor Sullivan opened the public hearing at 9:22 p.m. <br /> Council Member Lyden moved to close the public hearing at 9:23 p.m. Council Member Dahl <br /> seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Council Member Lyden moved to approve the FIRST READING of tJrd4t.ce ,OS - 99, as <br /> presented. Council Member Neal seconded the motion. <br /> 4,u <br /> Council Member Bergeson voted yes. Council Member Dahl mete cil Member <br /> Lyden voted yes.
