The proposed conditions are copied directly from the conditions for <br /> clubs/lodges currently listed in the LB district. <br /> Staff recommended approval of the FIRST READING of Ordinance No. 11 -99. <br /> Council asked the City Attorney to comment regarding safeguards the City may have relating to <br /> a specific undesired site brought into the City that meets all criteria.
