Council Member Neal introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> adoption. 1" <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99-33 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN OPTION AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF LINO LAKES AND THE BLAINE AMERICAN LEGION <br /> WHEREAS,the city is the legal owner of certain real property in the County of Anoka, <br /> State of Minnesota, specifically, Lot 15, Block 2, Carole's Estates 2nd Addition; and <br /> WHEREAS,the city is vacating this property and anticipates it eventual sale; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Blaine American Legion is interested in purchasing the property if <br /> outstanding issues can be resolved. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Administrator are <br /> authorized to execute an option agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and the Blaine <br /> American Legion for Lot 15, Block 2, Carole's 2nd Addition, Anoka County, State of <br /> Minnesota. <br /> Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26 a ril, 9 <br /> rl ul iv , Mayor <br /> Je .
