Council Member Neal <br /> seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> SECOND READING,Ordinance 03-99,Amending Cable Franchise to Extend Existing <br /> Franchise-Mr. Tesch advised that a reduction in staff at the North Metro Telecommunications <br /> Commission has slowed down the cable franchise renewal process. The North Metro <br /> Telecommunication Commission has requested member cities extend the existing franchise <br /> agreement with Media One to October 1, 1999. This will give staff time needed to evaluate the <br /> cable company's proposal for renewal. <br /> 2 <br />
