COUNCIL MINUTES MARCH 22, 1999 Adopt Resolution No. 99 - 16,Appointing Sgt. Kent Strege the City's Y2K Coordinator- Ms. Waite- Smith stated Resolution No. 99 - 16 names Police Sergeant Kent Strege the Y2K Coordinator for the City. Ms. Waite- Smith advised Sgt. Strege has attended training on Y2K planning and has been the lead staff person in charge of the Police Department's Y2K activities. As Y2K Coordinator for the City, he will coordinate the ongoing efforts of all City departments and ensure that documentation meets LMCIT requirements. Council Member Bergeson moved to adopt Resolution No. 99 - 16, as presented. Council Member Lyden seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Ms. Wyland noted the Planning and Zornng Board -ecorzmended approval of the Minor `.. Subdivision and Site Plan Review with% nd t�ons Council Member Lyden ved,to rove 'ite Plan Review and Minor Subdivision based on the following: 1. Pro Id' a ermits be obtained prior to construction. 2. A de&Wpment agreement shall be signed which includes a shared driveway agreemer , 3. Park Dedication shall be collected based on the size of the proposed structure and in accord with the Subdivision and Ordinance. 4. One additional parking space shall be provided to meet parking requirements. 5. Drainage and utility plans shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer with proper easements shown on the site survey document. 6. Trash handling shall be indicated on the plans and properly screened from adjoining properties and public roadways. 4
