COUNCIL MINUTES MARCH 22, 1999 <br /> Council Member Bergeson suggested the motion be amended to waive the 12 month waiting <br /> period. <br /> Council Member Lyden moved to amend the motion to deny the PDO, Preliminary Plat, and <br /> Conditional Use Permit and waive the 12 month waiting period based on the findings in the staff <br /> report. Council Member Bergeson seconded the motion. <br /> Mayor Sullivan asked that staff continue to work on the project.
