Council Member Lyden introduced the following Ordinance and moved <br /> its adoption: <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 03-99 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CABLE FRANCHISE ORDINANCE NO. 83- <br /> 08,ARTICLE 2,SECTION 4,FRANCHISE TERM <br /> The City of Lino Lakes,Anoka County,Minnesota does ordain: <br /> SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 83-08, Article 2, Section 4,Franchise Term, is <br /> hereby amended to read: <br /> Section 4.04 Franchise Term <br /> This Franchise shall commence upon the effective date of the regular <br /> certificate of confirmation issued by Board and shall expire on October 1, 1999 unless <br /> terminated sooner as hereinafter provided. <br /> SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective upon passage and official <br /> publication. <br /> PASSED by the City Council this 12 9-day of March, 1999. <br /> r <br /> rly A ullivan, Mayor <br /> J M.
