WHEREAS, for calendar year 1999, a metropolitan area municipality that participated in <br /> the Local Housing Incentive Account Program during the calendar year 1998, can <br /> continue to participate under Minnesota Statutes section 473.25 if. (a)the municipality <br /> elects to participate in the Local Housing Incentives Account Program; and (b)the <br /> Metropolitan Council and the municipality have successfully negotiated affordable and <br /> life-cycle housing goals for the municipality: <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Lino Lakes hereby elects to <br /> participate in the Local Housing Incentives Program under the Metropolitan Livable <br /> Communities Act during the calendar year 1999. <br /> Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Co ci this 21 st day ecember, 1998 <br /> WerA. i ,Mayor <br /> ((ATTEST: <br /> Marilyn G. Anderson, Clerk/Treasurer <br /> The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br /> Member Bergeson and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted <br /> in favor thereof.
