Council Member Neal introduced the following resolution <br /> and moved its adoption: <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 176 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br /> Be it resolved that the City of Lino Lakes enter into a <br /> cooperative agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public <br /> Safety for the project entitled Community Oriented Policing <br /> (COPS) Grants Program - Overtime during the period from January <br /> 1, 1999 through September 30, 1999 . <br /> David J. Pecchia, Chief of Police is hereby authorized to execute <br /> such agreements and amendments, as are necessary to implement the <br /> project on behalf of the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> I certify that the above resolution was adopted by the City <br /> Council of the City of Lino Lakes on December 1, 1998 . <br /> i erl ivan, Mayor <br /> a ilyn G. Anderson, Clerk-Treasurer/Witness <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br /> seconded by Council Member Bergeson and upon vote being <br /> taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Dahl, <br /> Neal, Sullivan. <br /> The following voted against same: none, Council Member Lyden was absent. <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
