i <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES NOVEMBER 23, 1998 <br /> Consideration of a Quit Claim Deed,The Village-Mr. Hawkins stated Anoka County has <br /> agreed to convey a parcel of land on the corner of 29/23, in the vicinity of the Reiling property, <br /> to the City. In exchange for this property the City is conveying the two (2) outlots in Village No. <br /> 1 to the County for the right-of-way. Mr. Hawkins referred to a map showing the outlots. A <br /> Quit Claim Deed will be needed to convey the property. <br /> Mr. Hawkins recommended Council approve the conveyance of the two (2) outlots in The <br /> Village No. 1 to Anoka County. <br /> Council Member Bergeson moved to approve the conveyance of the two (2) outlots in The <br /> Village No. 1 to Anoka County. Council Member Lyden seconded the motion. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> OLD BUSINESS -None <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Consideration of Minutes,November 9, 1998 (Council Member Lyden was absent) - <br /> Council Member Dahl moved to approve the November 9, 1998,minutes, as presented. Council <br /> Member Bergeson seconded the motion.
