M1 <br /> Council Member Lyden introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> adoption: <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 161 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK-TREASURER TO <br /> CERTIFY DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER UTILITY BILLS FOR <br /> COLLECTION WITH THE 1998 PROPERTY TAXES, COLLECTABLE IN 1999 <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Chapter 400, Section 401.29 and Chapter 402, <br /> Section 402.14, Subd. 5,the Clerk-Treasurer has prepared a list of <br /> residents who have delinquent water and sewer bills to be certified to the <br /> Anoka County Auditor for collection with the 1998 property tax <br /> statements, collectable in 1999, and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of impending action was mailed to residents on October 15, 1998, <br /> NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of Lino Lakes, <br /> Minnesota that the City Council hereby levies the sums of money collectable in the year <br /> 1999 upon the attached list of properties in the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, M' esota this 20 day of October, 1998. <br /> Kl� ly A. hvan,Mayor <br /> Marilyn G.
