I have enclosed a drawing that shows the location of the land I propose to purchase and the subsequent lots. In neighborhood meetings I have attended with the Behm's area resider,it has become apparent that the nib would like to see some park improvements this year.The park department's budget have ample fiends at this time to do much more than grade the site and prepare�i new homes,and more to come,it become important that those families-and clu l a a IV they can use raw rather than yews in the fi tare.I believe my proposal will o be substantially Mete this year and create a p�itive and win- vin situation for allll! Century Farm would also be available to help faeilitate the grading portion of the remaining park land which will speed up the process and offer some cost savings. Mr. Sca1zo has also crafted a concept master plan for future park/greenway space for the parcel north of Behm's,the Molitor property.As you can see more than ample park/greenway space is available for a variety of park improvements and uses.
