9. The grantee of use permit shall not transfer or relinquish said permit to another person or group <br /> without written permission of the Public Services Director. <br /> 10. Only City of Lino Lakes staff can transport the Party Wagon. The Party Wagon cannot be <br /> relocated after it has been delivered by city staff. <br /> 11. The City of Lino Lakes shall have the authority to revoke a permit upon evidence of violation of <br /> city ordinance or permit. <br /> 12. All paper and other party debris must be disposed of properly at the conclusion of the party. <br /> 13. Delivery of Party Wagon: <br /> Weekends- Delivered the Friday preceding event and picked up the next workday following the <br /> event. <br /> Weekday- Delivered day of event and picked up morning after event. <br /> The delivery time and pick up time must be arranged in advance and occur between 8:00 am— <br /> 3:00 pm. A responsible adult must be available at both delivery and pick up to verify the <br /> inventory of the Party Wagon. <br /> 14. For Block Party Applicants Only: <br /> The Lino Lakes Police Department will visit block parties located in Lino Lakes to provide tours of <br /> squad cars and discuss the neighborhood watch program. The check will be held, uncashed, until the Party Wagon is inspected. Upon <br /> inspection by the City of Lino Lake's staff, should no damage,theft or loss of equipment occur, <br /> the check will be returned to party organizer.
