Council Member Lyden introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> adoption. <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99-10 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM THE FLAAA AND LLGSA <br /> WHEREAS, the Forest Lake Area Athletic Association(FLAAA) and the Lino Lakes Girls <br /> Softball Association(LLGSA)provide recreational opportunities for the youth of Lino Lakes <br /> and; <br /> WHEREAS, the FLAAA and LLGSA practices and schedules their games at the City Hall Park <br /> ballfields; and <br /> WHEREAS, the FLAAA and LLGSA has expressed their desire to assist the city in improving <br /> the ballfields at City Hall Park. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes,the <br /> Council accepts the FLAAA and LLGSA donation of$3,000 to help finance improvements to <br /> City Hall Park Field#2 including the new backstop, fencing, and players benches. <br /> Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th dayjKlib <br /> , 19 <br /> ullivan <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member_ <br /> Bergeson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof. Bergeson, Lyden, Sullivan <br /> The following against same: none, Dahl and Neal were absent <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
