The proposed <br /> trail corridor areas equals 2.9 acres for a total park dedication of 8.4 acres. <br /> This type of development also promotes greenways and open space. The seven(7)proposed <br /> greenways consists of 61.6 acres (27.1 acres upland, 34.6 acres wetland). An important <br /> consideration with this development will be the development and maintenance of this extensive <br /> trail system. The proposed trails are a total of 1.6 miles in length.
