<br />AFTER SCHOOL BALL SPORTS: Boys and girls grades 4-5
<br />will meet twice a weekfor four weeks to learn and expand their
<br />knowledge in volleyball, basketball and indoor soccer. Fee of

<br />FOUR ON FOUR HOCKEY: Designed forthe onetime hockey
<br />player who no longer wants to take the physical contact of
<br />traditional hockey programs. Team registration for this out-
<br />door program begins in Nov. Space is limited.
<br />AEROBICS: Want to try individual session? Fall classes are
<br />underway and you can pay $3 per session to try any of the
<br />classes and instructors to see what's best for you.
<br />AEROBICS WINTER SCHEDULE: The program is a few weeks
<br />longer than fall, with 24 classes for only $43. Register before
<br />Nov. 15 to receive a $3 discount. Priority aerobics registration
<br />for Lino residents ends Nov. 1.

<br />Aerobics is the fastest and safest way to total fitness. Slim
<br />down while giving your cardiovascular system a workout and
<br />increase flexibility and strength in this low impact class at

<br />Slim express aerobics for ages 15 and up. This co-rec class
<br />offers low impact aerobics for all levels of ability. Slim down
<br />while improving strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endur-
<br />ance. Class at Centennial Junior High lower gym. 24 sessions.

<br />COUNTRY WESTERN DANCE
<br />BEGINNERS LEVEL $50. You've seen this style of
<br />dancing in Texas, California, Florida and Minnesota'.. now
<br />learn to 2-step, 3-step, polka, waltz, swing, 16-step, cotton -
<br />eyed Joe, and the "Slappin' Leather" line dance. You don't
<br />need a partner so come along and have fun learning to
<br />"cowboy dance". At completion of class go as a group for an
<br />evening of dancing. Class is eight Thursday from 7-8:30 p.m.
<br />beginning Jan. 9 at Centennial Elementary cafeteria.
<br />INTERMEDIATE LEVEL - $40_ Learn wraps, the whip, tucks,
<br />spins, the lariat, 2-step, waltz, swing and polka patterns. Pre-
<br />requisite: Beginners Country Western Dance. At completion
<br />of class go as a group for an evening of dancing. You'll need
<br />a partner for class, which runs eight Thursdays from 8:45-10
<br />p.m. starting Jan. 9 at Centennial Elementary cafeteria.
