4. The City of Lino Lakes will provide liability insurance <br />covering any activities which relate to activities under the <br />direction, control and supervision of the City. The City of <br />Lino Lakes agrees to name the School District as additional <br />insured on such policy. The School District shall carry <br />insurance to cover any liability claims during all other times <br />that the property is not being used by the City of Lino Lakes. <br />The District shall name the City of Lino Lakes as an <br />additional insured on such policy. (The liability coverage <br />shall not be less than $200,000.00 per individual and <br />$600,000.00 per occurrence. It is further agreed that if the <br />'ON statutory liability limitations for the City or the District <br />should change, the parties shall provide insurance in not less <br />than the statutory limitations provided by statute.) <br />5. That the District and City shall agree on rules concerning the <br />facilities by the City, and individuals in such programs. Both <br />parties shall be responsible to see that such rules are <br />adhered to during the time that they are utilizing the <br />property. When acts of vandalism (or damage) occur on outdoor <br />facilities at a City event, the City will be responsible for <br />such actions. <br />6. This Agreement shall continue and be automatically renewed <br />annually commencing on January 1, 1992, unless either party is <br />3 <br />
