I -A` <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT <br />WARMING HOUSE ATTENDANTS <br />1991-92 <br />GENERAL GUIDELINES <br />INSTRUCTIONS <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES ICE RINKS WITH WARMING HOUSES AND LIGHTS ARE: <br />BIRCH PARK - SUNRISE PARK - CITY HALL PLAYGROUND <br />Weather permitting, warming houses will open December 16, 1991 and <br />close approximately February 22, 1992. <br />GENERAL WARMING HOUSE HOURS <br />Specific warming house hours will be posted at each rink location. <br />Attendants should be on duty during these assigned times. Any rink <br />hour changes must be approved by the Parks and Recreation <br />Department. Check your rink sign for specific hours. No additional <br />� use of the building or rink lights is allowed unless specifically <br />approved by your supervisor. This includes both the attendants and <br />the public. <br />RECORDS TO KEEP <br />Daily log forms - in your notebook. Fill out completely each day. <br />This includes attendance estimates for morning, afternoon, evening <br />for all skaters, parents, coaches, teams, etc. that make use of the <br />rink and/or facility. Log sheets allow for two-way communication <br />between the attendant and the Parks and Recreation Department or <br />maintenance crews. <br />Fire extinguishers - most buildings will have them, and they should <br />be used only in case of emergencies. Note in your log book anytime <br />the fire extinguisher is used. <br />Equipment and supplies - you are responsible for all of them. <br />Before locking up, check to see that scrapers, shovels, brooms, ice <br />picks, first aid kit, etc. are all inside. If there is any <br />equipment missing, be sure to make a note of it and report it. <br />1 <br />
