oConclusions and Recommendations The fee for a complete public course feasibility study ranges from $10,000418,000, depending on the complexity of the market area and any unique project requirements. An NGF Consulting feasibility report can usually be delivered within ten to twelve weeks of undertaking the project. The Driving Range Feasibility Study ranges from $6,000- $12,000. o PRIVATE CLUB STUDIES The NGF Consulting, Inc. produces studies for private clubs whether they are equity, proprietary or real estate development. These studies are conducted by consultants experienced in private club matters. As directed by the principals, private club studies will address any or all of the following areas: o Feasibility and demographic studies for proposed clubs o Pro -forma operating, budget and cash flow statements o Reviews of existing operations or proposals for initiating operations o Reviews of and recommendations related to fixed assets --structures, equipment and athletic facilities o Membership dues, fees, bonds, policies, etc. o Board and committee structure o Club bylaws and rules o Administrative and organizational procedures o Financial management recommendations o Personnel reviews and recommendations o Marketing and promotional assistance in the development of memberships o Member surveys to ascertain attitudes and desires o Strategic long-range plans Fees will be determined by the specific needs of each client.
