DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 11, 1991 <br />CONSIDERATION OF PIPELINE SETBACK ORDINANCE <br />Questions about a pipeline ordinance were presented by John Miller. <br />When homes are constructed and pipelines are in the easements, who <br />is responsible for containment. Who is responsible for pipeline <br />placement within the easement, and who pays for everything? <br />John Miller recommended that staff be directed to follow-up and <br />draft issues and bring back the report to the board in October. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />John Miller will visit with Randy Schumacher to see if the revised <br />zoning ordinance can be presented at the next meeting. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />There was none. <br />8:57 P.M. <br />0 <br />
