TO: All Park Board Members <br />FROM: Marty Asleson <br />DATE: March 28, 1991 <br />RE: Wenzel Farms Development <br />Please find enclosed a copy of a letter from Kirk Corson of <br />Hokanson Construction, Inc. concerning the Wenzel Farms <br />.-� development park concept. This concept was changed from the <br />last plan approved to include more land. As we can see, there <br />is a low area in the central part of the park. Discussion of <br />this area centered around mitigation of the low area to the <br />south arm of the delineated area. Mr. Corson will be present <br />to discuss the ideas. <br />
