ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION <br />OF <br />WENZEL FARMS TOWNHOUSE ASSOCIATION <br />In compliance with the requirements of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 317, the undersigned, all <br />of whom are residents of Minnesota and all of whom are of legal age, have this day voluntarily <br />associated themselves together for the purpose of forming a corporation not for profit and do <br />hereby certify: <br />ARTICLE 1 <br />The name of the corporation is the Wenzel Farms -Association, hereafter called the <br />"Association". <br />ARTICLE 2 <br />The principal office of the Association is located at 9174 Isand Street NE., Blaine, Minnesota, <br />55434. <br />ARTICLE 3 <br />Roger A. Hokanson, whose work address is 9174 Isanti Street NE., Blaine, Minnesota, 55434, <br />is hereby appointed the initial registered agent of this Association. <br />The incorporators of this Association and their addresses are as follows: <br />Roger A.
